TEST
- Nearly 100 A/B, multivariate or split URL tests run since 2018
- Test types...top-menu navigation items, messaging, button color, form design and page content
RESULTS
- 1 out of every 3 tests variables, or 33% were implemented onto the site
- Heatmaps, scroll maps and session recordings allow us to infer qualitative data without user testing
DEVELOPMENT
- Many tests result in new development initiatives for hibu.com
- New features...front-end form fill validation, tabbed content and new container styles
Hibu Blog
Currently leading the project to upgrade our CMS to a DXP and move Hibu's blog from a subdomain to a subfolder on the root domain. I have written the business case, requirements, created wireframes, designed the visual experience and manage the Paris development team.
